Payment Policy

1. Advance Payment Requirements

Depending on the nature of the product or service you are purchasing, an advance payment is mandatory to initiate processing, production, or reservation.

 For bespoke an advance payment of 100%  may be required before work commences.

2. Accepted Modes of Payment

We accept all major Indian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.

Bank Transfers: NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS to our official current account.

Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay Debit and Credit Cards.

Net Banking: Available across all major Indian banks.

Note: Please ensure that any bank transfers are followed by an email to [mahadev.industries.info@gmail.com] with the transaction reference number (UTR) to help us track and confirm your payment promptly.

3. GST and Invoicing

Taxation: All advance payments are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per the laws of the Government of India. The GST amount will be clearly calculated and displayed on your proforma invoice.

Receipts: An acknowledgment receipt or proforma invoice will be shared with you at your registered email address within [ 24 hours] of the successful realization of the advance payment.

4. Cancellation and Refunds of Advance Payments

We understand that plans can change. However, as advance payments block our inventory or secure our time, cancellations are subject to the following rules:

Cancellation by Customer :For cancellations made after the initial window, the advance payment becomes strictly non-refundable (or state the deduction percentage, a 20% processing fee will be deducted).

Cancellation by [Your Company Name]: In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order or service, your advance payment will be fully refunded to the original source of payment within [ 5-7 business days].

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Advance Payment Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Howrah-711313,WB,INDIA
