1.Finality of Sale: By proceeding, the consumer acknowledges that this purchase is irreversible. Specifications are strictly limited to those detailed in the final invoice. 

2.Shipping & Liability: While we take every precaution in packing, our liability ends the moment the goods depart our warehouse (Ex-Godown). 

3.Legal Jurisdiction: All transactions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Howrah, West Bengal only
