Thank you for doing business with Mahadev Industries. We strictly adhere to a "No Return, No Refund" policy to ensure the integrity of our supply chain and protect our business from transit and handling risks. By placing an order and making a payment to Mahadev Industries, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions.
All sales made by Mahadev Industries are strictly final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size/specifications ordered by the buyer, or changes of mind.
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
We take zero liability for damages that occur after the product leaves our facility. However, in the rare event that a product arrives completely defective or heavily damaged, claims will only be entertained under the following extreme, non-negotiable conditions:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a clear, continuous, and uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package (showing the shipping label clearly) to the discovery of the defect. Claims without a valid, continuous unboxing video will be instantly rejected.
24-Hour Reporting Window: Any claim for damage or defect must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. Claims made after this window are automatically void.
Original Condition: The product must remain unused, unaltered, and in its exact original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
If Mahadev Industries, at its sole discretion, approves a damage or defect claim based on the provided evidence:
No Monetary Refunds: We do not issue cash, bank, or UPI refunds under any circumstances.
Replacements Only: Approved claims will be resolved solely by providing a replacement of the identical item, subject to inventory availability.
Store Credit: If a replacement is unavailable, Mahadev Industries will issue a credit note for future purchases, valid for [ 30 days].
To maintain a zero-risk policy on our end, the buyer bears all logistical responsibilities for authorized returns:
Buyer Pays Shipping: The customer is 100% responsible for all shipping costs, and duties, and taxes for international associated with sending the item back to our facility.
Transit Risk: Mahadev Industries takes no responsibility for items lost, stolen, or further damaged during return transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with freight insurance.
Inspection: Upon receiving the return, our quality check (QC) team will inspect the item. If the QC team determines the defect was caused by user mishandling or does not match the unboxing video, the item will be confiscated or shipped back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
Any advance payments made to secure an order, book custom manufacturing, or reserve inventory are strictly non-refundable.
If you fail to pay the remaining balance by the due date, Mahadev Industries reserves the right to cancel the order, forfeit the advance payment entirely to cover administrative and holding costs, and liquidate the goods.
Goods are sold on an "as is" and "where is" basis once handed over to the courier or transport partner.
Liability Cap: The maximum liability of Mahadev Industries shall never exceed the actual billed value of the specific defective product.
Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes arising out of these terms, purchases, or policies shall be strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [HOWRAH/WEST BENGAL], India.
